For use after hours and during holiday periods. Please use this list for EMERGENCIES only. If you call a contractor and it is not an emergency, you will be responsible for payment of the account.

Our office is available to deal with any client repair and maintenance requests between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours or during public holidays the following trades may be available to deal with an emergency repair. There may also be a list of trades posted on the notice board at your building with reference to specific tradesmen who are familiar with your common property or providing contracted services including after-hours responses. Where possible please check the notice board prior to contacting any trades after hours and always contact our office during normal business hours.
