Strata Logic is owned and operated by Sheli and David Terry.
David is a second generation strata manager following both parents into the industry and has over thirty years of experience as a strata manager and strata business owner.

I sold my large strata business in 2014 and took a short break and now return to strata management with a renewed vigor.
